We are happy to provide you with two optional half-day tutorials on Tuesday, November 30, 2021. You can choose the IEC 61850 Tutorial, or the Distribution Automation Testing Tutorial, or attend them both!
 

Networking Basics for IEC 61850 and Digital Substation Applications Tutorial
This optional half-day session introduces the networking concepts necessary to successfully apply IEC 61850 technologies in the substation. Participants will gain a better understanding of how IED’s exchange GOOSE, MMS, and Sampled Values messages, as well as how to design a network that is reliable, efficient, and secure.

Field Testing a Distribution Automation Scheme Using RelaySimTest Tutorial
This optional half-day session provides a hands-on technical demonstration of how to thoroughly test a distribution automation scheme using power system simulation combined with end-to-end testing.
