The Advanced Protection Symposium (APS), a North American OMICRON-hosted event, presents the latest advancements in protection and testing, along with tried-and-true applications, best practices, and real-world case studies; always keeping fundamentals front and center. 

Formerly known as the Protection & Traveling Wave Testing Workshop, APS takes a big-picture look at power system protection and testing including traveling-wave protection, cybersecurity, IEC 61850, integration of DERs, and more. 

At APS we come together to share knowledge and learn from one another, all aimed at improving grid reliability, security, safety, and affordability.
